About This Game
Pokémon Yellow: Special Pikachu Edition is an enhanced version of Pokémon Red/Blue for the Game Boy Color, featuring Pikachu as the player's starter that follows you on screen and can interact with the world.
Story
You are a young Trainer from Pallet Town who receives a special Pikachu from Professor Oak. Unlike other starters, this Pikachu refuses to stay in its Poké Ball and follows you on screen, reacting to your actions. Your goal is to travel across the Kanto region, collect Gym Badges, thwart Team Rocket's schemes, and ultimately become the Pokémon Champion.
Guide & Tips
Begin in Pallet Town, receive Pikachu from Prof. Oak, and follow the classic Kanto gym challenge: defeat Brock, Misty, Lt. Surge, Erika, Koga, Sabrina, Blaine, and Giovanni, then challenge the Elite Four and Champion. Use Pikachu’s friendship to unlock special events (e.g., Pikachu’s surfing mini‑game).

Trivia
