About This Game
Fire Emblem: The Sword of Sealing is a tactical role-playing game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. It is the seventh installment in the Fire Emblem series.
Story
The story takes place in the continent of Elibe, following the adventures of Lyndis (Lyn), a young nomadic girl who discovers her noble heritage. She joins forces with Lord Eliwood and his friend Hector to investigate mysterious happenings in their kingdom. The plot involves ancient dragons, a dark cult seeking to resurrect them, and the legendary Sword of Sealing that can seal away dragonkind.

The game follows a turn-based tactical combat system. Players control a party of characters on a grid-based battlefield, moving and attacking enemy units. Key strategies include unit positioning, weapon triangle advantages (swords beat axes, axes beat lances, lances beat swords), and terrain bonuses. The game features multiple endings based on character relationships and decisions made throughout the story.

This was the first Fire Emblem game to be released outside of Japan, localized as 'Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade' in North America and Europe. The game features several returning characters from earlier games in the series when played on a Game Boy Advance with a Fire Emblem: The Binding Link cartridge inserted. The name 'Wolf Group' (狼组) refers to the development team within Intelligent Systems that worked on this game.
