About This Game
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is a 1998 action-adventure game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. It follows the young hero Link as he travels through time to stop the evil Ganondorf from obtaining the Triforce and conquering the land of Hyrule.
Story
Long ago, the goddesses Din, Nayru, and Farore created the world of Hyrule and left behind the Triforce, a sacred relic that grants the wishes of its holder. The evil Ganondorf, leader of the Gerudo tribe, seeks the Triforce to conquer the world. The Great Deku Tree sends the young Link, a Kokiri boy without a fairy, to stop Ganondorf. With the help of Princess Zelda and the power of the Ocarina of Time, Link must travel between childhood and adulthood, awaken the Sages, and seal Ganondorf away in the Sacred Realm.
Guide & Tips
Begin in Kokiri Forest, obtain the Kokiri Sword and Shield, then follow the Great Deku Tree's dying wish to meet Princess Zelda in Hyrule Castle. After learning the Song of Time, retrieve the three Spiritual Stones (Forest, Fire, Water) from their respective dungeons. With the Ocarina of Time, travel seven years into the future as Adult Link, awaken the Sage of each temple, and finally defeat Ganondorf in the final battle at Ganon's Castle. Use the Ocarina to manipulate time, solve puzzles, and summon essential items like Epona and the Fairy Ocarina.

Control Stick – Move Link; A Button – Jump / Action; B Button – Attack / Use Item; Z Trigger – Target Lock / Shield; Start Button – Pause / Menu; C-Up – View Map; C-Left/Right/Down – Switch Items (when equipped).
Trivia
Ocarina of Time was the first Zelda game to feature 3D graphics and real-time combat, and it introduced the iconic 'lock-on' targeting system using the Z button. The game's soundtrack, composed by Koji Kondo, includes the famous 'Song of Time' and 'Saria's Song,' which became staples of the series. It also holds the record for the highest-rated video game of all time on several review aggregators.
