Story
The kingdom of Altea is invaded by the Dolhr Empire, led by the evil Dark Dragon Medeus. Prince Marth, the last surviving heir of Altea's royal family, must flee his homeland, gather loyal allies, and embark on a quest to reclaim his throne. Guided by the sacred Blade of Light and aided by legendary heroes, Marth confronts Medeus and his minions, ultimately defeating the dark dragon and restoring peace to the continent.

• Learn the weapon triangle: swords beat axes, axes beat lances, lances beat swords. • Use terrain (forests, mountains) to boost defense and avoid enemy attacks. • Keep Marth alive; his death ends the game. • Prioritize healing wounded units with staves before they fall. • Draw enemies into choke points to limit their numbers. • Use the 'Wait' command to let enemies move into your attack range when advantageous.
