About This Game
Pokémon Card GB2: Here Comes Team GR! is the sequel to the original Pokémon Card Game for the Game Boy Color. Players collect, trade, and battle with Pokémon cards while striving to become the ultimate Pokémon Card Master and thwart the schemes of Team GR.
Story
You are a young Pokémon Card Trainer aiming to become the greatest Card Master in the region. To achieve this, you must defeat the eight Club Masters scattered across the land, earn their badges, and ultimately challenge the reigning Champion. Meanwhile, the mischievous Team GR plots to steal rare cards and disrupt the tournament. Your journey involves thwarting their plans, collecting powerful cards, and proving your skill in both strategy and heart.
Guide & Tips
Start by completing the tutorial to learn basic card mechanics. Build a balanced deck focusing on energy types that match your favorite Pokémon. Challenge the eight Club Masters in order to earn badges; each victory grants new cards and access to stronger opponents. Use the Pokémon Center to heal and trade cards with NPCs. Pay attention to card synergies—combining Pokémon with complementary abilities and support cards can turn the tide. Save frequently, as some battles can be tough.
