About This Game
Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade is a tactical role-playing game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. It is the sixth entry in the Fire Emblem series and follows the young lord Roy as he leads the army of Pherae to defend the continent of Elibe against the invading forces of Bern.
Story
The kingdom of Pherae faces a sudden invasion from the neighboring empire of Bern. Young Prince Roy, son of the late Marquess Eliwood, must rally his allies, master the legendary Blade of Seal, and thwart Bern's ambitions to conquer the continent of Elibe. Along the way, he uncovers ancient secrets about the binding seals that once kept peace across the land.
Guide & Tips
Focus on weapon triangle advantages (sword > axe > lance > sword) when assigning units to battles. Keep weaker units in the back to gain experience safely, and promote them as soon as they reach level 10 to unlock advanced classes. Use the support system to boost stats and unlock special conversations between characters who fight alongside each other frequently.

Trivia
Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade introduced the support conversation system, which allows characters to gain stat bonuses and unlock special dialogues when they fight alongside each other frequently. It was also the first Fire Emblem title to feature the weapon triangle mechanic that became a staple of the series.
