About This Game
Dragon Quest Monsters 1+2 is a compilation of the first two entries in the Dragon Quest Monsters series, originally released for the Game Boy Color and later ported to PlayStation. Players take on the role of a monster scout, capturing, training, and battling a variety of monsters to become the ultimate Monster Master.
Story
In a world where monsters roam freely, a young aspiring scout sets out to become the greatest Monster Master. By befriending, breeding, and battling monsters, the protagonist uncovers the secrets of the Monster Kingdom and strives to restore peace between humans and monsters.

Directional Pad – move character/menu selection; Start – pause/open menu; Select – toggle map or switch screens; Circle – confirm/action; X – cancel/back; Triangle – open skill/item menu; Square – use selected item or perform basic attack.
