Metal Slug 7 (Japan)

About This Game

Metal Slug 7 (Japan) is a run-and-gun side-scrolling shooter for the Nintendo DS, part of the iconic Metal Slug series. Players control members of the Regular Army as they battle the Rebel Army and alien threats across diverse stages.

Story

The Regular Army's elite soldiers Marco, Eri, Tarma, and Fio are dispatched to stop the Rebel Army's latest scheme: a powerful alien artifact unearthed from ancient ruins that, if activated, could unleash an extraterrestrial invasion. Fighting through jungles, deserts, and high‑tech bases, the squad must destroy the artifact and defeat General Morden's forces before Earth falls under alien control.

Guide & Tips

Begin each stage by moving with the D-pad, shooting enemies with the A button, and jumping over obstacles with B. Collect weapon power-ups and grenades to increase firepower. Use the X button to switch weapons and Y to throw grenades. Defeat the mini‑bosses at the end of each area, then face the stage boss by learning its attack patterns and exploiting weak points. Keep an eye on your lives and continues; extra lives can be found in hidden crates or earned by scoring high points.
