About This Game

Wild Guns is a side-scrolling run-and-gun game developed by Natsume for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, featuring steampunk-inspired wild west visuals and cooperative two-player gameplay.

Story

In a steampunk-inspired Wild West, bounty hunters Clint and Annie are hired to stop the nefarious army of General... who plans to conquer the world with advanced weaponry. Travel through desert towns, factories, and railways to dismantle their threat.

Guide & Tips

Move with the D-pad, shoot with A, jump with B, and use your limited special weapon with Y. Learn enemy patterns, conserve ammo, and cooperate with a partner to clear each stage. Use the stage select cheat to practice specific levels.

D-pad: Move; A: Shoot; B: Jump; Y: Special Weapon; Start: Pause; Select: Change Weapon (if applicable).

Cheats & Passwords

At the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A to enable stage select. Hold L+R and press Start for infinite lives.

Trivia

Wild Guns was one of the few Natsume titles to feature a cooperative two-player mode on the SNES, and its distinctive art style later inspired the indie game 'Cuphead'.
