About This Game
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is the third main entry in the Zelda series, released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in 1991. Players control Link as he travels between the Light World and the Dark World to rescue Princess Zelda and defeat the evil wizard Agahnim and the dark lord Ganon.
Story
Long ago, the evil wizard Agahnim seized control of Hyrule's kingdom and began to unleash dark forces. Princess Zelda, the last descendant of the Hylian royal line, was imprisoned in the castle's tower. A young hero named Link, guided by a mysterious telepathic voice, embarks on a quest to retrieve the three Pendants of Virtue, forge the Master Sword, and travel between the Light World and the Dark World to defeat Agahnim and the ancient demon Ganon, thereby restoring peace to the realm.
Guide & Tips
Begin by exploring Hyrule Castle to obtain the Sword and Shield. Rescue Zelda from the castle's dungeon, then pursue Agahnim through the Sanctuary. After defeating Agahnim, you will be pulled into the Dark World. In the Dark World, locate the three Pendants of Virtue (Courage, Wisdom, Power) to unlock the Master Sword. Use the Master Sword to enter Ganon's Tower, defeat Ganon, and restore peace to both worlds. Refer to the in‑game map (Select button) frequently to track dungeons and hidden items.
