About This Game
A side-scrolling action game based on Disney's The Little Mermaid, where players control Ariel as she navigates underwater stages, defeats enemies, and collects items to ultimately rescue Prince Eric.
Story
Ariel, a curious mermaid princess, dreams of living on the human world. She makes a risky deal with the sea witch Ursula to become human for three days, hoping to win the love of Prince Eric. Throughout her adventure, she must overcome underwater obstacles, defeat Ursula's minions, and retrieve her voice before time runs out.
Guide & Tips
Begin by mastering Ariel's bubble attack (B button) to defeat foes from a distance. Use the jump (A button) to avoid hazards and reach higher platforms. Collect seashells and power‑ups to increase your attack strength and gain extra lives. Pay attention to enemy patterns—many foes have predictable movements that can be exploited. In boss battles, stay mobile and strike when the boss exposes its weak point. Remember to pause (Start) if you need to strategize.
Controls

Trivia
Developed and published by Capcom in 1991, this NES title features music composed by Yoko Shimomura, who later became famous for her work on the Kingdom Hearts series. It is one of the few Disney‑licensed games Capcom produced for the Nintendo Entertainment System.
