About This Game
Ace Attorney 2: Justice For All is the second installment in the acclaimed Ace Attorney series, a visual novel adventure where players take on the role of defense attorney Phoenix Wright to investigate crimes, gather evidence, and cross-examine witnesses in court.
Story
Phoenix Wright returns to defend his friends and strangers alike in a series of baffling murder cases. From the mysterious death of a celebrity to a deadly conspiracy within a powerful corporation, each case challenges Wright to uncover hidden truths, expose lies, and prove his clients' innocence before the gavel falls.
Guide & Tips
1. Investigate crime scenes by moving the cursor with the D‑Pad and pressing A to examine objects or talk to people. 2. Collect evidence and store it in the Court Record. 3. During courtroom phases, press A to advance dialogue, B to cancel or open the menu, and L/R to skip text. 4. When a witness testifies, listen for contradictions; press A to present evidence from the Court Record that contradicts their statement. 5. Successfully presenting the correct evidence will cause a "Objection!" and allow you to continue cross‑examining. 6. Repeat investigation and courtroom phases until the truth is revealed and the verdict is given.
Controls
A – Confirm / Advance text, B – Cancel / Back, D‑Pad – Navigate menus / Select options, L/R – Skip dialogue or fast‑forward, Start – Open menu / Save, Select – (unused).
Trivia
The GBA version of Ace Attorney 2 was released only in Japan; an official English localization never appeared on the platform, and the game later reached Western audiences via the Nintendo DS remake. The title introduced the iconic "Objection!" voice clip that became a series staple.
