About This Game
Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade (known in Chinese as 火纹战记 封印之剑) is a tactical role-playing game developed by Intelligent Systems for the Game Boy Advance. It continues the saga of the Fire Emblem series, following the young royals of Eliwood's lineage as they confront the invading forces of the kingdom of Bern and uncover the secret of the legendary Binding Blade.
Story
The tale follows Prince Roy, son of Eliwood, as he leads the army of Pherae against the invading forces of King Zephiel of Bern. Guided by the legendary Binding Blade, Roy and his allies strive to thwart the resurrection of the ancient dragon and restore peace to the continent of Elibe.
Guide & Tips
Focus on positioning units to exploit terrain advantages, keep healers protected, and use the weapon triangle (sword > axe > lance > sword). Build support conversations between units to unlock powerful bonuses, and always keep a spare unit in reserve for unexpected enemy reinforcements.

D-Pad: Move cursor/unit; A: Confirm/select action; B: Cancel/open menu; Start: Pause game/open options; Select: Quick map view or toggle help (depending on version).
Trivia
Although Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade was never officially released outside Japan, it gained a strong international following through fan translations and is notable for being the first Fire Emblem game to introduce the support conversation system that later became a series staple.
