About This Game
Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town – Girl's Story is the female‑protagonist version of the classic farming simulation released for the Game Boy Advance. Players inherit a run‑down farm in Mineral Town, grow crops, raise livestock, befriend townsfolk, and can eventually marry and start a family.
Story
You play as a young woman who has just inherited her grandfather's neglected farm in Mineral Town. With hard work, you must restore the fields, raise animals, and become a valued member of the town. Along the way you can befriend the locals, participate in seasonal festivals, and possibly find love, leading to marriage and the continuation of your family's legacy.
Guide & Tips
Begin by clearing weeds and stones from your farm to create planting plots. Plant seasonal seeds (spring: potatoes, tomatoes; summer: corn, melons; fall: sweet potatoes, eggplants; winter: wheat, strawberries) and water them daily. Raise chickens, cows, and sheep for products like eggs, milk, and wool. Talk to villagers each day to raise friendship; give them gifts they like (shown in the villager’s preferences list). Participate in festivals to earn special items and increase affection. Save often, and use the rucksack to store excess goods for sale at the shipping bin.

Trivia
This GBA title was the first Harvest Moon game to feature a selectable female protagonist as the main story, preceding the later 'Girl's Story' versions on other platforms. The Japanese version includes exclusive dialogue and events not present in the Western releases.
