About This Game
This is a Game Boy Advance port of the Famicom Mini Vol. 21 release of Super Mario Bros. 2 (Japan), the original challenging sequel to Super Mario Bros. known internationally as Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels.
Story
Mario must once again rescue Princess Peach from Bowser’s clutches. After defeating Bowser in the first game, the Koopa King has kidnapped Peach and hidden her in eight perilous worlds filled with treacherous traps, wind‑blown levels, and formidable enemies. Only by mastering the game’s infamous difficulty can Mario reach the final castle and restore peace to the Mushroom Kingdom.
Guide & Tips
Master the precise jumps and enemy patterns; use the 1-Up mushrooms hidden in blocks to gain extra lives; remember that some pipes are backward and can send you to earlier sections; practice the springboard mechanics to reach high platforms.

D-Pad: Move / Duck; A: Jump / Run (hold); B: Attack / Fireball; Start: Pause; Select: Switch item (if applicable).
Trivia
The Japanese Super Mario Bros. 2 (aka The Lost Levels) was considered too difficult for Western audiences and was not released outside Japan until the 1993 Super Mario All-Stars compilation. The Famicom Mini series offered low‑cost NES ports on the GBA, with Vol. 21 being one of the last entries.
