About This Game
A faithful port of the classic NES/Famicom game Super Mario Bros., released as part of the Famicom Mini series for the Game Boy Advance.
Story
The evil Bowser has invaded the Mushroom Kingdom, kidnapped Princess Toadstool, and turned its inhabitants into bricks and horsetails. Mario must journey through eight worlds, defeating enemies and overcoming obstacles to rescue the princess and restore peace.
Guide & Tips
Use the D-pad to move Mario left or right, press A to jump, and hold B to run. Collect coins for extra lives, hit ? blocks to reveal power-ups (Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, Starman), and avoid enemies. Reach the flagpole at the end of each level to progress. Use warp zones in levels 1-2, 4-2, and 4-1 to skip ahead.
Controls
D-pad – Move left/right; A – Jump; B – Run/Fire (when powered up); Start – Pause; Select – No function (or used in some menus)

Trivia
Originally released in 1985 for the NES/Famicom, Super Mario Bros. is often credited with revitalizing the video game industry after the 1983 crash. The Famicom Mini Vol. 01 version for GBA was released in Japan in 2004 as part of a line of classic NES titles.
