About This Game

RPG Maker Advance does not feature a predefined story; it is a creation suite that empowers players to craft their own narratives, characters, and adventures within the constraints of the GBA hardware.
Guide & Tips
To start a project, select 'New' from the main menu, choose a resolution and tileset, then use the map editor to place tiles, add events (NPCs, triggers, dialogues) via the event editor, set variables and switches, and finally test your game with the built-in player. Save your work to a cartridge or export to a .gba file.
Controls
D-Pad: move cursor / navigate menus; A: confirm / select; B: cancel / back; L/R: switch between edit modes (map, event, script); Start: pause / open menu; Select: show help / toggle grid.
Trivia
The Chinese simplified version was released by the developer 'Lin Tuo' (林拓) and includes a translated interface, making RPG creation more accessible to Chinese-speaking GBA users in the early 2000s.
