About This Game

Twisted Tales of Spike McFang is a top-down action RPG where players control Spike McFang, a young vampire-in-training, who uses a variety of magical spells and his trusty bat to battle monsters, explore dungeons, and rescue the kidnapped princess from the evil sorcerer who has plunged the kingdom into darkness.

Story

Spike McFang is a young vampire prince undergoing training in the art of magic. When the evil sorcerer Zarok casts a dark spell over the kingdom, turning its inhabitants into monsters and kidnapping the beloved Princess Lila, Spike must embark on a quest to master his magical abilities, defeat Zarok's minions, restore light to the land, and rescue the princess before the kingdom falls into eternal night.

Guide & Tips

Talk to every NPC for hints and side quests. Collect magic crystals scattered throughout levels to upgrade your spells. Use the bat (B button) to reach high platforms and cross gaps. Conserve magic for boss fights; basic attacks (A) are effective against most enemies. Remember to check your map (Select) frequently to avoid missing hidden rooms or treasure chests.

D-Pad: Move; A: Attack / Swing weapon; B: Jump (also used to activate the bat for reaching high places); Y: Cast selected magic spell; X: Use item; Start: Pause / Open menu; Select: View map / Status screen.
