About This Game
Romance of the Three Kingdoms III is a turn-based strategy game set during the late Eastern Han dynasty and the Three Kingdoms period of China. Players take on the role of a ruler, managing cities, developing agriculture, recruiting and training generals, conducting diplomacy, and waging war to achieve unification.
Story
The game follows the turbulent era of the late Eastern Han dynasty, where the Yellow Turban Rebellion weakens the central power and regional warlords vie for control. As a chosen lord, you must navigate alliances, betrayals, and battles to either restore the Han dynasty or forge a new empire, ultimately aiming for the unification of China under your rule.
Guide & Tips
Begin by focusing on agriculture and commerce to build a strong economic base. Recruit loyal officers with high intelligence and politics for internal affairs, and strong war generals for battles. Use alliances and marriages to secure peace with neighboring factions, but always keep a strong army ready. In combat, position your troops on favorable terrain and use commanders with high war skill to lead attacks. Save frequently, as the game can be lengthy.

D-Pad: Move cursor / navigate menus; A Button: Confirm / select; B Button: Cancel / back; X Button: Open status / details; Y Button: Open shortcut menu; Start: Pause game / open main menu; Select: Toggle map view / switch screens.
