About This Game

宇宙战将 is a fan-translated Japanese RPG for the NES that puts players in the role of a space commander defending the galaxy from alien threats. The game combines turn-based combat with exploration across various star systems.

Story

In the year 2XXX, humanity has expanded to the stars, but a mysterious alien armada known as the Xenos threatens to conquer the galaxy. As a newly appointed Space Commander, you must rally allies, uncover ancient alien technology, and thwart the Xenos' invasion before they reach Earth.

Guide & Tips

Begin by talking to NPCs in the starting town to receive quests and equipment. Use the overworld map to travel between planets, entering dungeons for turn-based battles. Manage your party's HP and MP, and regularly upgrade gear at shops. Save often using the save points found in towns.

Controls

D-Pad: Move cursor / navigate menus; A Button: Confirm / select; B Button: Cancel / back; Start: Pause / open menu; Select: Switch between party members or open status screen (if applicable).
